It might seem odd for a car to be the focal point of an Earth Week celebration, but the EcoCAR3 is no ordinary car. The University of Tennessee’s EcoCAR3 team, Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero and Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett will be on hand Saturday at Earth Fest at World’s Fair Park. Earth Day is Wednesday, April 22.
